The “Shelley UK Secured Lending Fund” invests in loans secured against UK Property. The Fund has a target net 10% annual return after all costs which can be paid to the Investor monthly. The key features are as follows:
- All property loans are secured via a 1st legal charge
- Maximum loan to value for any one loan is 75%
- Every property receives an independent valuation from RICs valuer
- Asset Manager meets every borrower and visits every property
